G'Day from Australia

Hello all,
This blog will give you tips on puppies, food, nutrition, losing weight and maybe a little about poetry.
I'm a poet, a mother and wife. I breed dogs and have lots of them - it's all good!
I've also lost my unwanted weight and kept it off, and I'm keen to help others achieve the same. It wasn't that hard, but it sure wasn't quick - Guick to come off, quick to go back on, that's what I say, and the experts would agree!
