I'm happy with this, would you be too?



This is how I look now, photo taken yesterday. I am the size I want to be, I am healthy, I love the way I look now, and I've got a feeling my husband does too!


I got this way, not by excessive dieting or exercise, but by paying attention to my life, what I ate, what I did. It wasn't fast, but my excess weight is gone now, and it won't be back unless I stop listening to myself and my body.
